Placing an order

Placing an order on JustSicilia.it is an easy and interesting experience. After the Registration you will purchase in a minute and receive all the gastronomic and handicraft specialties you desire. All orders of Sicilian Typycal Products have to be executed on-line. In special cases, telephone orders are permitted. An order is completed once the customer will receive a copy via email of acceptance thereof. In this regard, the customer is required to verify the order summary and report promptly any possible error or discrepancy.

Products, Prices and Availability

All prices are in Euro or Dollars.

For Sicilian Coppola Hats for Kids or Coppola with specific size requested, the preparation may take some days more (from 2 to 4 working days).

If the ITEMS ordered were not available at the time, JustSicilia.it will strive to give timely notice to the customer, indicating also the possible delivery date.

The images are made by JustSicilia.it at best to ensure maximum communication to customers, however in some cases the products may differ from the images.

The invoice will be issued as part of the shipment and always accompanies the goods.

Right of withdrawal (D. Lgs. 06/09/05 N ° 206)

As required by applicable law JustSicilia.it Customers are guaranteed satisfaction or your money back with the ability to repay, without penalty, purchased products within 10 days of receipt, by giving notice to info@justsicilia.it . JustSicilia.it will refounds you the amount paid (excluding the shipping cost )within 30 days from the return of the items.

Procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal:
